Liability Waiver

In any physical activity or exercise program, the risk of injury is possible. I take my responsibility as a yoga teacher seriously and the safety and well-being of you, my student, is my top priority. I recommend that you consult your doctor or physician regarding the suitability of a yoga practice for you, especially if you have an existing injury or underlying health condition. I will offer options for poses throughout the yoga session, but it is your responsibility to listen to your own body and not push yourself beyond your own personal limits. Nothing in our sessions should ever cause you physical pain. If you experience pain in any of the poses, immediately stop what you are doing. I am a Yoga Alliance qualified yoga teacher, and will teach my classes with care and skill, but you must not rely on any information or guidance I provide to you as an alternative to medical advice.  I expressly exclude all responsibility, and shall have no liability, for any damages, loss, or injury suffered by you or any third party as a result of your participation in our yoga sessions or your reliance on any information or guidance I provide to you, except where I have failed to use reasonable care.
